Move your inventory to HoardoBring your stuff. Hoardo does the moving.
Send a Sortly export, a spreadsheet, or just screenshots of the app you're leaving. Hoardo works out what goes where, shows you one plan, and moves it all in with one tap.

Wherever your stuff is now
Pick where you're coming from. Hoardo shows you how to get your stuff out, then does the rest.
Reports › Inventory Summary › Export, as CSV. Every Sortly plan has it, the free one too. Folders, custom fields and photos come along.
Send the file as it is. Messy columns, a sheet per room, “Box 3” written above a list: all fine.
Export the database as CSV and send it over. Notion's ZIP works as it is.
Screenshots work. Scroll through the list view and screenshot as you go. Hoardo skips the doubles.
An inventory report or an old printout. Hoardo reads it page by page.
Take a photo of each page. Handwriting is fine, as long as you can read it.
Three steps. One of them is a tap.
Send what you've got
Add the export, the spreadsheet, the PDF or a pile of screenshots in Hoardo's chat. Messy is fine.
Check one plan
Where rooms and boxes come from, what each column becomes, and how things will look. Hoardo only asks when something clashes, like a box number you already have.
Tap once
Everything moves in, Sortly photos and all. Changed your mind? Undo takes it all back in one tap.
Nothing moves until you say so
You see the whole plan first, with a tick on every column. Untick what you don't want, or change what it becomes.

Questions before the move
Does Hoardo bring my photos over?
From a Sortly export, yes: every thing's photo comes along, fetched from Sortly's links. From spreadsheets, PDFs and screenshots, the words and numbers come over. Add photos later, or snap a whole shelf at once with the AI photo scan.
What happens to my custom fields?
Each one becomes a property of its own in Hoardo: serial numbers, warranty dates, condition, whatever your old app tracked. Hoardo picks text, number, date or yes/no for each, and you can change what any column becomes before you tap.
My app has no export. Now what?
Screenshots. Open the list view, screenshot, scroll, screenshot again, and send them all at once. Overlap is fine: Hoardo skips the doubles. Keep the folder's name on screen, so Hoardo knows where things go.
Is my data private?
Spreadsheets and CSV files are read on your phone or computer. To work out what each column is, the AI only sees the column names and a few example values, never the whole file. Screenshots, PDF pages and photos of lists are read by AI, and Hoardo doesn't keep them. The privacy policy has the details.
What if something goes wrong?
Nothing moves until you've checked the plan and tapped. If a room or a box number is already yours, Hoardo asks first. And if it's still not right, Undo takes back everything that came over in one tap: the things, and the boxes and rooms made for them.
Is it really free?
Yes, like the rest of Hoardo: no premium tier, no ads. (Sortly keeps its own AI import for the paid Advanced plan, on the web.)
